Error starting Win7 Guest from exp/imp machine

I am having a problem trying to start a Windows 7 Guest in a Windows 7 Host.
The attachments show the error messages I get vboxerror.png when I try to start and vboxerror2.png after acknowledging the first.
This machine was exported from another host and imported to this host. It started in the past a few times but when I tried today I got these errors.
Has anyone got an idea what is wrong?
Both hosts were at 4.3.14r95030. when the export and import was done.
Both host and guest are 64bit Win 7.
Attachments are in wrong order but labelled correctly.
