Cant Remote MariaDB from Host(win7) to CentOS(guest server)

Dear All,

I have installed CentOS 7 as server on virtualbox 4.3.16 that host using windows 7 as client.
in guest CentOS 7 have installed is : ssh, mariadb, mysql, firewall, odbc connector . and I'm using full terminal console (not GUI as interface)
in PC host(Windows 7), I have installed Mysql adn MariaDB, and visual studio 2012.


step one: I have configure ssh on centOS and when I access using Putty from PC Host to guest server(Virtualbox), nothing problem, I could be log in from windows(Host) to guest server CentOS 7.
step two : ping from Host to guest(server virtual 'CentOS 7') or Guest to host, nothing found problem and success.
step three : this is point that make me full stress, I could not be access/remote mariadb 'server CentOS 7 virtual' from terminal console mariadb or mysql PC Host.
and also I try to access it from form "build from C#" to connect to server mariadb on virtualbox, could not do more.

Please what step that I should do.
