Windows 8 Fails to Start Up: Wants to Restart

I am new to Virtual Box and I cannot start up Windows 8. Every time I try to it tells me that there is a critical problem and Windows 8 wants to restart, but I can't restart it.
I am not sure what information is needed, but I have attached the png of the screen that keeps coming up. Any ideas?

Oh boy. After posting this I did a little more research and figured it out. Not sure how to delete this!

Also found the solution. Run

VBoxManage setextradata [vmname] VBoxInternal/CPUM/CMPXCHG16B 1

[mpack]

... or simply choose the correct template when creating the VM. I.e. don't choose the "Windows 8" template when installing "Windows 8.1".
