Hi!
I've just upgraded to VirtualBox 4.3.16: in Windows XP, the icon of the extension pack file Oracle_VM_VirtualBox_Extension_Pack-4.3.16-95972.vbox-extpack is missing. It says the vboxres.dll file doesn't contain any icon.

I think I've discovered what the source of the problem. Since VirtualBox-4.3.12, the VBoxRes.dll library is 64-bit and Windows XP can not extract containing icons.

I submitted a bug report (bug #13876) and the last 4.3.x maintenance release (VirtualBox 4.3.24) already contains a fix.
