Cursor problem (win8.1)

I just upped VB to 4.3.16 on an Ubuntu 14.04 (64) host and my Win8.1 (64) guest started misbehaving. In a windowed mode everything works fine but when I switch to fullscreen or seamless, the cursor remains as the host's cursor: It's the host's pointer icon and I can still move it, but no clicks are registered on guest. Keyboard works fine on guest. The problem seems to be with the new guest additions, but I might be wrong. Anyone experienced this?
