Virtual Box 4.3.16-95972 Still E_FAIL on Launch

The problem I saw with 4.3.14 etc. continues. Adding here since that thread was closed. The same error happens with multiple VMs:
It's on 64bit Win 7 Enterprise (6.1.7601 SP1 build 7601) with MS Forefront 4.5.216.0 and Windows Firewall
