VirtualBox 4.3.16 Won't Start on XP

Hello
I have a company provided XP Laptop that I am trying to install VirtualBox 4.3.16. However, after I reboot to finish installation, when I click on VirtualBox, nothing happens. I see in the task manager, the process pops up and then goes away.
I am new to VB and Windows. Would love some quick pointers to start trouble shooting.
