installation-Failed to install NtCreationSection monitor....

Problem: installation of VirtualBox-4.3.14-95030-Win.exe (latest version) on Win 8.1 aborts before launching VM.

Error Message: Before completing the install, I get an dialog box with the following error title, "VirtualBox - Error In SupR3HardenedWinInstallHooks" and message of, "Fail to install NtCreateSection 48 ... 0 0 (rc=-8". See attachment for screenshot

Temporary Solution:

1. Installed older version of VirtualBox - VirtualBox-4.2.14-86644-Win.exe and don't upgrade
