Trying to use virtual box with Ubuntu 14.04LTS and running into a problem of Ubuntu not running. Bellow is the log...

Usually, you'd need to give us more info:

But if you're using version 4.3.14 of Virtualbox, Take a look here:

especially the first post in red.

Roll back to 4.3.12 or earlier to get Virtualbox working again, or use 4.3.15 to help troubleshoot the glitch.
