Error running on Thinkpad w540

Running version 4.3.14-95030 of Virtual Box
Windows 8.1
Thinkpad W540
16 meg memory
wSSD hard drive

I get the following errors when I run virtualbox on this machine.

See images. Image one is when I try to start Virtualbox for the second time

Can anybody see what I might be doing wrong. If I am?

With 4.3.14 you'll be hitting this:
viewtopic.php?f=6&t=62615 (especially see the red at the beginning)

Roll back to 4.3.12 or earlier to get Virtualbox running well, or try 4.3.15 to troubleshoot.
