Virtual Box wont start

I have installed 4.3.14 on my Window 7, 64 bit OS.
Whenever I try to launch VM it just won't start. I am a beginner here. Pl help. Attaching screenshot and error file.

Essentially, roll back to 4.3.12 or earlier, unless you want to help troubleshoot.
