hi I am using VirtualBox for a long time now
all of my guests have been working great
but now I am getting errors when trying to open 64bit OS's such as Ubuntu and windows7
my specs: Intel i5-3470 (definetly has vt)
Gigabyte GA-B75M-D3H (also has vt)
I have this in my UEFI: http://imagizer.imageshack.com/img904/9114/znaCsR.jpg
when I have it disable the last two I get this error: http://imagizer.imageshack.com/img905/4820/DKECTw.png
and Intel Processor Identification Utility says I DO have VT: http://imagizer.imageshack.com/img905/5338/8XnSJC.png
but when I Enable them in UEFI I get this error: http://imagizer.imageshack.com/img538/5661/PXdRTk.png
which obviously says I don't have vt-d enabled.
AND Intel Processor Identification Utility says I DONT have VT enabled...
what to do?

Re: vt-x causing problems
I'm not sure if this is your problem, but keep in mind that vt-d isn't vt-x. I believe the setting you need to have on is "Virtualization Technology" that's the vt-x switch.
