Unreliable DMA position with Ubuntu12.04 on VirtualBox
I installed virtual box inside a mac 10.7 and the guest is ubuntu 12.04 64bit. For the first time it worked fine and after that I installed couple of additional software and reboot the virtual box. This time I get unreliable DMA Position error and it is stuck no the splash screen with ubuntu logo and dots loaded at once. Is there any problem with ubuntu 12.04?

Re: Unreliable DMA position with Ubuntu12.04 on VirtualBox
If you talk about being able to virtualize it in a Mac host, then most probably no. I have a couple of 12.04's and so do several people around here. So there must be something wrong with your setup. See: Minimum information needed for assistance. Oh, and if you don't mind, besides the log, please attach the .vbox file for your VM. Zipped.dhruvtec wrote:Is there any problem with ubuntu 12.04?
