Hi, I have downloaded the Virtual Box on Windows (VirtualBox-4.3.14-95030-Win) and installed the it in one of the Windows Server 2008 R2. This got installed successfully, but when I try to doubleclick on the VirtualBox icon from the desktop, getting the below error.
"VirtualBox.exe has stopped working"
Please suggest.

4.3.14 has problems which are documented in the obvious discussion threads. Try reverting to 4.3.12.
