Having a problem

Hello, i am having a problem starting my virtual machine, i get this error
everytime i try to turn it on

can someone help me with this?

Thanks, but I need a VM log file too - note the link I provided in my previous reply.

Posted 2 images now, it gave an error after i clicked abort too.

No log => No help.
(actually some... downgrade to 4.3.12 and see if it helps)

See the thread 4.3.14 conflicts with anti-virus packages. Pay particular attention to the red text in the first post. The "anti-virus" mention in the thread title should be understood to include any software that uses AV type tricks, especially DLL injection.

Alternatively, downgrade to VirtualBox 4.3.12.
