Right-Click pkg Not Aailable

I have tried every suggestion for viewing the VirtualBox Installer pkg file, but am unable to find a solution. I want to get to the Additions iso file, but it appears that "view package contents" is disabled in OS 10.9 Mavericks. I tried the cmd line pkgutil, but that expanded the file with more pkg files, and in them there was nothing useful. How can I view the package contents so that I can see the additions iso?

You don't have to make your life difficult. In the VM that you want to install the Guest Additions (GAs), go to Devices menu, Insert Guest Additions CD Image...
If you have configured your VM with a CD-ROM, a GAs CD will appear in your guest.
