Guru Meditation Error

Hello, i am on windows 7 and i'm trying to set up a Mavericks virtual machine, when i start the machine it says a critical error has occurred and to see the community on Virtualbox, it said to attach the Vbox.log and Vbox.png which i have done but i had to compress them as it wouldn't let me upload more than a few kb's, anyway i just want to get this sorted so if you have any idea please reply as soon as possible
