Unable to change directory in VM 4.3.15

I am running a Win7 x64 host, CPU = intel i3 with 8GB ram & 500GB HDD. VBox 4.3.15 installs properly but it shows my drive C: & D: as drives E: & F:
However, Vbox 4.3.15 does not change directory to the one where all my ISOs are located.

I couldn't find any postings with problem like mine in the forum. Btw, I'm not a techie and I struggle with most of the technical terms I found in this forum.

It's not up to VirtualBox to decide what drive letter gets assigned to your hard drive (partitions). That's up to the guest.

Vbox 4.3.15 does not change directory to the one where all my ISOs are located.

I'm not quite sure I understand the above statement. Could you elaborate on it a little bit more please?
