ERROR: Failed to create the VirtualBox COM object @ Mac OS

I'm using MAC OS 10.9.4 and running the latest version of Virtualbox for mac os : VirtualBox-4.3.14-95030, yesterday, virtualbox work fine, but today when i open virtualbox, it's say :

Failed to create the VirtualBox COM object.
The application will now terminate.
"Callee RC: NS_ERROR_ABORT (0x80004004)"

i was try google find the way to fix, but i can't, please help me fix it, thank so much (((

Neither of those is the required log. Right click the VM in the GUI. Select "Show Log". Save the "VBox.log" file (none of the others) to a file. Compress that file using ZIP or similar tool, then attached the zip here.

I'm afraid I'm not a Mac user, so I can't help you any more than I have. As a total guess I'd say that your VirtualBox installation seems to have been damaged (kernel module not found), so perhaps you should try installing the VirtualBox software again. This will not damage your VMs.

Well, perhaps you should try a total uninstall, and see if you have any better luck when installing a previous VirtualBox version, for example 4.3.12.

First of all, don't be hysterical and bombard this board and the private ones with messages. Your life does not depend on VirtualBox from what I suspect, so relax.

Second. I'm a Mac user too, so are so many other people in these forums. Don't use it as an excuse, you're degrading us all.

Third. If you're a Mac user, you've already mastered the Terminal and the insides of Application bundles, otherwise why would you run the "VirtualBoxStartup.sh" script. Where did you get this advice from? No matter where from, it's not a first step to take to resolve your problem.

Fourth. Follow mpack's advice and uninstall VirtualBox. Open the "VirtualBox.dmg" that you downloaded. There is a file called "VirtualBox_Uninstall.tool". Double-click it and give your password when asked. That should uninstall VirtualBox.

Fifth. Re-install VirtualBox by double-clicking the "VirtualBox.pkg".

Sixth. Open Disk Utility and Repair Permissions on your hard drive. If you don't know how to, use Google.

Seventh. If you don't know what a GUI is, search it. It takes a second. (Hint: Graphical User Interface. That means mouse and click, as opposed to typing commands in the terminal.)
