I'm running VB 4.3.12 on a Win 7 64bit box (newer versions won't work for some reason), and installed the extension pack. However, I cannot get the screen to scroll at all, I don't care whether its my mouse wheel, or having to press Page Up/Page Down, I just need some kind of scroll capability lol, as of right now I have nothing that works.

Ok, duh its simple: SHIFT + Page UP/Down

That's because you are in a TTY window. No mice there.
