Can't get any virtual machine to start

Being my first post here, every time I create a new virtual machine, in the latest versions, this is what I came up with when I start it up:

I have even tried to uninstall and reinstall several times, but to no avail.

I have even attached the dxdiag for further information

I, too, am having that error and problem. There must be a fix out there.

See the thread 4.3.14 conflicts with anti-virus packages. Pay particular attention to the red text in the first post. The "anti-virus" mention in the thread title should be understood to include any software that uses AV type tricks, especially DLL injection.
