[Thank you so much for your help : I felt as if a new baby was born on my laptop...sigh
Now we must take care and upgrade it !
I am trying to add Vbox guest add but I do not know how to mount the iso ( that is seen on the Oracle Virtualbox interface ) in order to connect to internet through the Vm ( like I do in Win 7 Vm, Porteus or Kali ...) and SHARE folders between host and guest .
Again I need your help

Hmm. I can't see much in that tiny JPEGed picture of the VM window.

You mount an ISO in the VM using the Devices menu item that should be present at the top of the VM window. CD storage subsection.
