Hello,
I did install the latest VirtualBox on my Ubuntu 14.04 64 bit machine to install a XP 32 bit in order to play ToonTown Rewritten on it.
Everyting seems to work fine, flash games, chrome, the windows pinball and so on.
But when I start the Toontown Rewritten program I get the following log:

...
File "direct.showbase.ShowBase", line 672, in openWindow
StandardError: Could not open window.

Thank you for your support in advance, Dirk.

Most graphics games will require 3D acceleration to be enabled in the VM settings, and for an XP guest the GAs would then have to be installed in safe mode.

However, I'm surprised this VM launches at all: RAM overcommitted.
VBox.log wrote: 00:00:01.067877 Host RAM: 3950MB total, 963MB available

00:00:01.520152 RamSize <integer> = 0x0000000040000000 (1 073 741 824, 1 024 MB)

You can't give the VM more RAM that the host has available. You need to reduce the RAM allocation to the guest, say to 512MB, or close down more host apps before running this guest - otherwise it will error out at launch, or it will be unstable.
