Multiple issues with update 4.3.14

I installed the 4.3.14 update, and my virtual machine started to have the following issues:

- The restart hangs and never finishes i have to power off and start it again
- The scale mode stopped working, it cuts the screen in the bottom
- I had Total War Medieval II installed and working and after the update it stopped working, in their forum the problem seams to point to a wrong version of the video driver

I did installed the guest additions and the extension pack for this update

The host is Macbook Pro with Mavericks and the guest is a Windows 8.1 x86

Any help will be greatly appreciated.

Revert to the version of VirtualBox you were using when you didn't have those issues.
