Hello,
Please view the attachment.
I have a weird problem, I was working and accidentaly did a shortcut which minimized everything from VirtualBox to the top left corner. Its only 2 centimeters tall and wide.
I think I pressed the combination CMD+A. I don't know for sure because I was just doing my business and didn't expect this to happen.
I have managed to do scale mode or something which increased the size of what I can see, but it's still in extremely low resolution and I can't really do a thing.
I have closed everything and opened it again but it won't change, also I have tried to do the same command that I did to cause this and it didn't work.
I can't really see a thing because of the resolution so I can't log in or try any option in windows itself.
If somebody could please help me I would be very very grateful.
Kind regards

Re: Extreme low res in top left corner
First thing to do is get out of scaled mode. Then see if you can use the mouse click and drag to enlarge the guest window.
If you can't then post a compressed copy of the guests *.vbox file.

Re: Extreme low res in top left corner
It will stay the small size I mentioned before. I will post it first thing tomorrow morning, can you please specify where I can find that file? I can look for it myself no problem, but since I can post it tomorrow morning it might save some time then.
Thanks!
Thanks!

I don't have a Mac but it will be in the same folder as the actual guest *.vdi.
Be sure to compress it or you will not be able to upload as an attachment.

Re: Extreme low res in top left corner
I have found this topic: ( CANT POST LINKS YET )
Started in Safe Mode - Press F8 when you start windows
Uninstalled Guest Additions from Control Panel - If you need administrator rights / boot in safe-mode + network abilities!
Shutdown
Checked .vbox file to confirm that the video settings were not 76x76
Started normally
Screen was a normal resolution, in normal mode
Re-installed Guest Additions in program running the proper .exe file

Re: [SOLVED] Extreme low res in top left corner
Actually, any explicit change of display size would probably have worked. It had to involve a change to a different size (as switching to safe mode does).
