FATAL ERROR

Post by porritas »

Got a fatal error message that said I should come here and post my info about it. I installed Debian 32 on my Windows 8.1 and everything was working just fine :D , a couple of graphic details  , but everything else was great  . But I tried to start my VM and it dropped this message  . I would appreciate any advice. :?:

Code: Select all

00:00:10.409998 Console: VM runtime error: fatal=true , errorID=PAEmode message="The guest is trying to switch to the PAE mode which is currently disabled by default in VirtualBox. PAE support can be enabled using the VM settings (System/Processor)"
Do what the error message says to do. Enable PAE in the guest settings.

Enabling PAEMode worked perfectly. This crash without it was driving me crazy
