Virtualbox additions fails to install on win7

Hello
Since version VirtualBox 4.3.10 when I attempt to run the Guest Additions Extension Pack, it fails with the attached log.
I'm not sure it has something to do with version.
I've even uninstall Gest Additions 4.3.10 and now there is no way to reinstall.

For the sake of clarity, there is no such thing as a "Guest Additions Extension Pack". There is a driver package provided for guest OS's - this is called the "Guest Additions" (or GAs for short), and seems to be what you're trying to install. There is an optional plugin available to extend the capabilities of the VirtualBox software running on the host. This is called the "Extension Pack" and has nothing to do with the GAs or the guests you have have created.
As to your error, the cause seems to be there in the log...
GAs log wrote:
ERROR: Caller is not in Administrators group to (un)install this driver package!
It seems that you've set up high permissions requirements for the guest, hence you need admin rights to install drivers. Use "Run as administrator" to run the GAs installer.
