guest Ubuntu 32 bit /2 gb ram/ version not tell because I cannot open the machine to install (would be the 14.04) PD: vb not let me create a machine of 64 bit

okay, there is an issue with VB 4.3.14 on Windows hosts. What I would suggest is uninstall 4.3.14 and install 4.3.12. You can find it in the older builds section on the VirtualBox.org downloads page.

I forgot to mention, your CPU doesn't support VT-x so you can't install 64bit guests.
