Virtualbox opens then immediately freezes

Hi Guys,
I've been trying to get VirtualBox 4.3.14 to run on Win 7 64Bit. The problem I have is when Virtual Box is opened the window will immediately freeze I've tried completely removing it and nothing in the log seems to be indicating where the issue is.
I've also tried installing Virtual Box without any of the drivers and removing the .Virtualbox directory but I've had no luck.

This is on a fresh copy of windows.
