Switch between virtual terminals in VM?
My host is OS X 10.9.4, VirtualBox 4.3.14 I have CentOS 6.5 in a virtual machine, and need to switch between virtual terminals. Seems like it shouldn't be hard... but after Googling, everyone has a different answer! And none of them worked for me. So... how do I send an "Alt+Fn" to my VM?

You should be able to use Host+Fn to get to different tty windows. Where n= 1 thru 7

Re: Switch between virtual terminals in VM?
If I understand your issue correctly, if you are going to be working with guests a lot you should open System Preferences>Keyboard and enable "Use all F1, F2, etc. keys as standard function keys". Then you should only have to use option(alt)+Fn.jnojr wrote:My host is OS X 10.9.4, VirtualBox 4.3.14 I have CentOS 6.5 in a virtual machine, and need to switch between virtual terminals.
