Seamless Mode Issue in Lubuntu

Hi! I have a PC with Lubuntu as it's host OS. I installed VirtualBox on this machine and imported some virtual machines onto this PC that I need to automatically start up when the PC boots up. I then need to set one of these VMs to seamless mode. I'm having difficulties doing this however. I'm using the following commands to do this:
The result is the VM starts up and it's in seamless mode but all I can see is the toolbar associated with this mode hidden at the bottom of the screen. Otherwise I just see my host background. I'm switching over to Ubuntu to see if I get this same issue. I tried on a windows 7 host and the same thing happened.
Any suggestions?
Code: Select all
VBoxManage setextradata "testVM" GUI/Seamless on
VBoxManage startvm "testVM"| Edit: This is also happening in Ubuntu, newest version of Desktop. I have to be doing something wrong here..... |
