This is the error I'm receiving, however, I'm relatively new to VB and am not sure where to start to fix it.

You're not giving us enough information to troubleshoot the problem (read Minimum information needed for assistance).

But, here is a guess: IF your host is Windows AND you're running VirtualBox 4.3.14, you may have been bitten by a known bug in VirtualBox 4.3.14. See: 4.3.14 conflicts with anti-virus packages (don't let the title fool you, it is not just antivirus). Read the whole thread and see if it applies to your case. If not, then attach the required information from the first link.
