Unable to install windows server 2012 r2 error 00000c4

I have seen some posts on this but don't think they are the same.

I can't install Windows Server 2012 R2 and get the above error 0x00000c4 - logs attached.

Host is windows 7 with 16 GB of RAM. Virtual Box is 4.3.12

Anyone see a reason for the failure please,

Select Windows 2012 instead of Vista and it will work.
