Cannot connect to internet

Hello all.
I will start by saying I'm pretty much an idiot when it comes to this stuff so I hope I can provide the information needed.
I installed VB on my macbook (OS X 10.9.4) and I can get the Windows XP to open fine. I don't seem to have any problems but inside the Windows I am getting the yellow question mark under the Ethernet Controller, thus preventing me from connecting to the internet. I am writing this from my macbook, so I do have wi-fi connection.
Under the Network Tab on the VB manager I have this...
Adapter 1
Attached to : NAT
Adapter Type : Intel PRO/1000 MT Desktop (82450EM)
Promiscuous Mode : Deny
Check on the Cable Connected
Adapter 2
Attached to : Bridged Adpater
Name : en1: Wi-Fi (AirPort)
Adapter Type : Intel PRO/1000 MT Desktop (82450EM)
Promiscuous Mode : Allow All
Check on the Cable Connected
When I click to connect to Windows, it loads up and I get this message.
Welcome to the Found New Hardware Wizard
I assume this is the ethernet trying to update but I am unable to figure out how to do this for the Windows mode.
Any help would be much appreciated.
