You can't do that.

Install the Guest Additions for your guest. See the User Manual for details.

I cant install the guest addition, because of "abort the installation"

It says "Execution returned exit code: 2"

Please post the exact steps that you took in order to install the guest additions. Also, post the exact commands and error messages. And the guest log file. Zipped. Read the following for the details: Minimum information needed for assistance.

I had the same problem with Kali 1.0.8 64 bit. Not matter if I used VirtualBox 4.2.26 with Extension Pack 4.2.26-95022 or VirtualBox 4.3.15 (build 95286) with Extension_Pack 4.3.14-95030 I still had that problem. DKMS didn't want to be installed correctly and VMBoxLinuxAdditions wouldn't work correctly.

I ended up installing Kali 1.0.7 64 bit without any updates in VirtualBox 4.3.15 (build 95286) with Extension_Pack 4.3.14-95030. Next I installed DKMS by either typing this command in terminal apt-get -y install dkms or type apt-get install linux-header-$(uname -r) -y without updating the Kali Linux. Restart Kali.

Installed the VMBoxLinuxAdditions: From device menu on your VirtualBox, click on "Devices" and then click on "Insert Guest Additions CD". You will see a CD/DVD drive is mounted on the Desktop. Copy the VBoxLinuxAdditions.run file from the drive to the root directory using following commands in terminal:
cp /media/cdrom/VBoxLinuxAdditions.run /root/Desktop/
chmod 755 /root/VBoxLinuxAdditions.run
Then install VBoxLinuxAdditions by using the following command in terminal:
./VBoxLinuxAdditions.run
Then reboot Kali.

Then it worked, but still had Kali 1.0.7. So now I updated Kali through apt-get by typing this command in terminal apt-get update && apt-get -y upgrade . Then I checked the version by typing lsb_release -irc and the banner showed that Kali is now Kali 1.0.8.

Now Kali 1.0.8 is working in VirtualBox 4.3.15 (build 95286) with Extension_Pack 4.3.14-95030.

For the Wlan USB adapter just set Network as NAT within the settings for each Guest OS. That makes whatever network device/s that the Host OS is using available to the Guest OSes. And the Host OS can still use the network device/s while Guest OS/es use the network device/s. Just remember that the you will be sharing the throughput of the network device/s with each OS.

Having more than one network device can allow you to do many more things with. Just a thought.
