How to change drive letters

I have drive letters D,F,E in the order for the shared drives in VM image.
I had exported the image and imported the image. But I now want drive letters D,E,F. I can't do it.
I have tried to add in D,F,E & D,E,F or whatever order I give, it just takes D,F,E order. I am unable to change the order. Anybody knows the way to change it.

Your question makes no sense to me. VirtualBox does not know or care about drive letters in the guest. If your problem is with the Windows guest then I suggest you Google for information on changing drive letters of Windows drives - the fact that it's a VM makes no difference.

Ok I ask you this question for Guest OS.
I have base drive D and I want to mount as D_DRIVE on VM Image.
I have base drive E and I want to mount as F_DRIVE on VM Image.
I have a base Drive F and I want to mount as E_DRIVE on VM Image.
On VM settings, I go to sharing and add/modify to point
D:\ to D_DRIVE
E:\ to F_DRIVE
F:\ to E_DRIVE
With this my base machine D: will be represented as D: on VM, E: should be F: on VM, F: should be E: on VM.
But the VM doesn't take what i have given. It give "D: as D:", "E: as F:" and "F: as E:", irrespective of whatever order I try to make for shared folders.
If I swap the drive letters for E: and F: on base OS, then vola, it works on VM.
But I don't think I should change the drive letter on base machine and I should have flexibility to change my drive letters on VM without changing base drives.

I have 4.3.14.r95030.
I am still having this issue. It looks like this is version issue. Anybody noticed this?

Can I clarify what you are seeking to do here?
I think you have three folders on your host that you wish to use as VirtualBox shared folders. They will, of course, appear as network drives in the guest. You then wish to allocate particular drive letters to each one, instead of accepting the default (alphabetical-order) allocation.
If this is what you want to do, then first make sure that the shared folders are not set to auto-mount. Then, in the guest, allocate drive letters using "Map Network Drive" (from the (My) Computer right-click menu).
My apologies if I have misunderstood what you are trying to do.
