Ubuntu Install Failure

Vbox version: 4.3.14 r95030
Host: Windows 8.1 64x 6GB RAM
Guest: Ubuntu 14.04LTS 32x 1GB RAM
No Log Files
I've created a vm for Ubuntu 32-bit and I have an ISO for 14.04 LTS and I've pointed the vm at it, but when I attempt to start the box I get this error:
