Read Chapter 1.8.1 Starting a new VM for the first time of the User Manual. It explains everything you need to know.mray wrote:cannot get cd to load xp operating system. responds could not read data. system always show cd empty.
On the Mac there are Admin and Standard users. In order to install or uninstall a program you have to have high-level access to the system. That means Admin. When you installed VirtualBox it asked you for an Admin password. Use the same password to uninstall VirtualBox.mray wrote:cannot uninstall virtual box. responds by asking for password. which there should be none. and responds with a message about sudo
