Host: 4 cores. Can I assign 2 CPU's to guest OS?

Post by sfogel »

Hi, all...

I'm running VirtualBox on a MacBook Pro with 1 CPU and 4 cores. The guest OS is Win 7. In Settings, under the System tab and Processor subtab, is it OK to assign 2 CPU's to the Guest OS? 1 CPU is assigned now.

Thx

Two is fine but I wouldn't run more than two.
