I have been using Virtual box for a while now. I am running Windows 8 and I have Win XP as my guest. I am having problems on mounting my USB Drive to the Guest XP system. I tried ejecting the USB from my host windows 8 computer (but I still have the drive still connected to my computer) so that my XP can connect to it, but it did not work. I have the Guest addition installed on the XP and the expansion pack on my 8 computer. But I still can’t connect my XP to the USB. Any Suggestions?

I suggest accessing the drive as a shared folder instead.
