Hi lads,
i try to setup VPN connection in Windows 8 , I must use Cisco AnyConnect Client.

What i do:
I start my Win8 Virtual Machinewith the following network configuration:

Attached to: Bridge Adapter
Name: en1: Wi-Fi (AirPort)
Promiscuous Mode: Deny

So far i have only one active System Network Interface with (let's call it IFACE1):

IPv4 Address: 192.168.2.202
Subnet: 255.255.255.0
Gateway: 192.168.2.1
DHCP: 192.168.2.1
DNS: 192.168.2.1

Now when i connect to VPN in Windwos8, I have second active Network Interface with (let's call it IFACE2):

IPv4 Address: 10.100.200.60
Subnet: 255.0.0.0
DNS: 10.100.10.10

Question is, what i need to do, to redirect all trafic from IFACE1 to IFACE2, I want to browse pages via VPN, i want to have access to local resources via ssh ..

Yes, Virtualbox is runing from Mac OS X

If the VPN connection is in the Windows 8 guest, this has absolutely nothing to do with Virtualbox I am afraid.
Also, I would guess that VPN is provided to you by a company that implements some access control on the VPN itself. I would consult with your VPN provider for this kind of setup.

Yes VPN is provided by someone else, maybe someone can suggest a proper network config ?

As noteirak said, there is nothing more to be done in VirtualBox. You have set the adapter to bridge mode and the vm is getting its network config from DHCP. Anything that happens after that has nothing to do with VirtualBox. The vm should behave just like any other machine on that network.

You do not need to redirect any traffic. Traffic which should go to the 10. network will automatically go over the VPN link. Traffic for the local network will use the 192.168.2 interface. If it doesn't, it is a problem with the VPN setup.
