i installed windows XP in Virtual box, windows Xp Screen is at full Resolution which is 1366x768 but when i game run the game run only 800x600 or 1024x768 which means game window size is Too Small... Why is that and how i solve this??? Also Windows starting Logo etc are also runs in Smaller Size but when windows Start the screen Become full and again running game the same problem...

Early Windows games were written to use 4:3 ratio monitors. There is no mechanism in the game to fill 16:9 or 16:10 screens. Even if you could stretch the game out horizontally it would look terrible/distorted, stretched out like a 4:3 wallpaper applied to a wide screen.

Much the same for the Windows logo on boot. Incidentally the same thing happens on a physical machine. The logo is displayed in a low resolution 4:3 mode.
