Migrating Oracle VM(Hypervisor Type-1) template to Virtual

Hi,
We have couple of Production Servers (Oracle Linux Guest OS) in Oracle VM (Hypervisor Type-1) which we wanted to migrate to non-Production environment which is hosted in Oracle VM Virtual Box (Hypervisor -2). Is it possible to migrate. If yes, what are the steps and pre-cautions.
