Yes I guess it depends on what program needs it. Update by the way - I found backing up then deleting the d3d8.dll and d3d9.dll files in system32 folder -then reinstalling directx9c over top again removed the error re the files.

When I tick this I get VboxDisp.dll not digitally signed
I was able to enable DirectDraw Acceleration but still get Direct3d Acceleration not available and AGP Texture Acceleration not Available - this is in normal not safe mode.
Is this what should get?
Also issue with scaled mode- some explorer windows not showing or slow to move around and guest gets very slow.
Being experimental perhaps these issues will get resolved in future versions of driver/ guest additions?
