I am able to share files with windows to Android but disabling the Nat with "Host-only Adapter" can not navigate internet.....

What do you suppose "Host-Only" might refer to? Clue: if it included internet access then it wouldn't only be the host.

If you want Internet access then your choices are NAT or Bridged.

I advise you to read the user manual before asking such basic questions.

but what use this feature if you can not even surf the internet .....

So you can access the guest when you do not have the Internet.
Why not just read Chapter 6 in your manual?
