Hi Fellow DBAs,

I am trying to install Oracle Linux 5.10 (64 bit) on my virtual box but unfortunately I am having this error. I am using virtual box 4.3.12.r93733

error fixed, simply check the "Use Host I/O cache" under Controller

Confirm this fixed it for me too. Oracle Linux 5.9 guest, VirtualBox 5.0.12 (same error on 5.0.10 before upgrading and then using Host IO Cache option)
