(I am Brazilian and I have to use a translator, so the translation is getting quite bad, sorry)

The thing is, I installed Windows 7 SP1 64-bit on my virtual machine, I went to Settings and I enabled 3D acceleration and 2D Video Acceleration, after doing that, I started my virtual machine with Windows 7 already installed and then went to install the Guest Additions.

When I went to install, I enabled the option to Direct3D Support to make Aero work and clicked No when asked to install the basic support and clicked OK afterwards.

Time to install, did everything right, I selected Yes for all options that have appeared and the installation was completed.

So I decided to enable Aero, right clicked on the desktop, choose Personalize, and was a topic that has Aero enabled, if I chose the default, then the screen went all weird, I took a screenshot, screen looked like this:

The screen was so strange all with a solid color, and I had to pick a theme without Aero to not stay that way.

Does anyone know why this happens and could tell me how to solve?

I have this same issue, with the same symptoms as in your screenshot. I believe the issue has to do with Intel onboard graphics. I've tried enabling Aero on several different laptops running Windows as hosts, and have run into this multiple times. Then I got my hands on another type of laptop that has onboard NVidia graphics on top of the onboard Intel, and when I use the NVidia graphics, the issue goes away.

Searching this forum for Aero issues, it appears that this has come up for other people using Intel graphics.
