Slow speed using vboxmanage and ExFAT - help?

We are using vboxmanage to convert a RAW image to a .vmdk using vboxmanage. However, when we do this to an ExFAT formatted destination volume the speed decreases to Kb/s making it almost impossible to use.

Does anyone have a suggestion or workaround to get the speed up on ExFAT?

I don't see how this can be a VirtualBox issue. It's an issue with your host OS.

I also don't understand why you've posted this in "Linux Guests". VBoxManage is a host application, so it would be more appropriate to indicate what your host is.
