For some reason, IE 8, 7 and 6 are seeing snapshot as expired (IE 9 and 10 work fine from snapshots). However, the earlier versions are asking me to register/activate Windows. Is there a procedure to "renew" these expired versions? (I am sure that this must have been my mistake in not taking proper snapshots of IE 6-8.)
Thanks for any and all assistance.

Re: Renewing Expired IE Snapshots
I don't understand... What does expiry have to do with being part of a snapshot? Demo software will be expired if sufficient time has passed. The time is read from the clock, not stored in a snapshot.

Re: Renewing Expired IE Snapshots
Thanks for your reply. Perhaps I'm wording this the wrong way. I am encountering that IE 6, 7 and 8 are asking me to register with a Product Key. This is not something that I have encountered before. Should I reinstall these IE versions via Terminal. I have been hunting for the procedure in the support manuals and am not finding what I need. Thank you for your help.

Re: Renewing Expired IE Snapshots
Did you download your VMs from Modern.IE (https://www.modern.ie/en-us/virtualization-tools) ? If so, please check Microsoft's license agreement.
Also, check out a blog post (http://blog.reybango.com/2013/02/04/mak ... ew-ie-vms/) with detailed instructions for combinations of virtualization software/OS, especially towards the end where they talk about the license expiring. Read all of it.2. TIME SENSITIVE SOFTWARE.
You may use the software for 90 days after it is downloaded to the licensed computer. The software will stop running after 90 days and you may not receive any other notice...
All of the VMs have a time limit 90 days of total time from the moment you first use the VM. Basically it’s 30 days usage with two 30-day rearms.
