Hello,
I am a new and beginner user of Virtualbox.
I've created my first machine on which I've installed the latest Ubuntu OS.
All is fine except that the machine is only displayed in a tiny window (about 5 inch wide!) even in full screen mode.
Is that a built-in limitation or is there a way to increase it size?
Thank you
Virtual Machine Display Size

Launch your Ubuntu guest. Before you install the guest additions open the terminal in Ubuntu and type or paste...Nguyen35 wrote:I am using Virtualbox 4.3.12 and cannot find the corresponding guest extension.
Code: Select all
sudo apt-get install build-essentialUnder "Devices" in the taskbar, select "Insert Guest Additions CD Image". A dialog box will open asking you if you want to run... Click "Run" wait for it to finish. Restart Ubuntu.
